Who we are
Kyro BioPharma Solutions, LLC ("Kyro", "we") provides engineering, validation, automation, quality and regulatory consultants to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device manufacturers. Our head office is in New Hampshire.
What we collect
Information you give us through our forms, by email, by phone or in a meeting:
- Name, email address, phone number and company
- Your résumé, work history, skills, certifications and where you are willing to work
- For hiring managers, details about your project and the people you need
- Your communication preferences, including how often you want to hear from us and by which channels
- Records of your consent to texts or calls, including the wording you agreed to and when
We also collect basic technical information when you visit this site, such as browser type and pages viewed.
How we use it
- To match consultants with projects and hiring managers with consultants
- To send the updates, calls and texts you asked for, at the pace you set
- To schedule interviews and meetings
- To run payroll, benefits and onboarding for consultants who work with us
- To meet legal and contract requirements
Who we share it with
We share a consultant's information with a hiring company only with the consultant's permission. Until then, hiring managers see anonymous summaries without names. We use service providers for email, phone, payroll and hosting who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share phone numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices
- Change how often we contact you, or stop entirely, at any time
- Reply STOP to any text to end texts
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it

How long we keep it
We keep information as long as it is useful for matching you with work or as required by law, and delete it on request unless we must keep it for legal, payroll or tax reasons.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and limited staff access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so tell us right away if you think your information was misused.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
